Healthy lifestyle in mind, body, and spirit is important to me… Put in a lot of effort to eat whole foods. Basically, if a food item wasn’t around 500 years ago, I won’t eat it. Oreos are out. Wine is in! Also exercise around 25 hours per week. Into running, biking, soccer, swimming, rock climbing, hiking, camping. Anything outside!
Kink is a perfect escape for me. Have a very stressful career and so it is a relief to have that control taken away!
